Oreo tart with peanut butter

Ingredients:

Base :
300 g. oreo cookies
80 g. butter

Peanut crem :
350 g. peanut butter
150 g. butter
150 g. powdered sugar
250 g. double cream

Cover :
10 g. instant coffie
150 g. double cream
180 g. dark chocolate


1. Crush cookies and mix with 80 grams butter.
2. Put on the bottom in pastry form
3. Put on fridge for 20 minutes
4. Mix 150 g. butter with powdered sugar and mix together with peanut butter.
5. Add double cream to our mix and put on form.
6. Put on fridge for 20 minutes
7. Mix coffie with 50 g. water in pan, add double cream and chocolate.
8. When cover will be smooth put on top of tart
